Auto Detailing Tool And Accessories
The Right Tools For The Job Make All The Difference. Here is
some help in finding the right car detailing supplies to make
any job easier and more fun.
Professionals are often distinguished
from armature detailers by the ability to use tools. The
problem we find isn't a lack of tools; it’s that we all too
often use the wrong tool or no tool at all and end up struggling
far more than necessary to accomplish the task at hand. When
obstacles seem insurmountable or just harder to slog through
than we think they should be, often the problem is simply that
we're using the wrong tool.
The best car wax, the latest buffer, the greatest paint sealant, the shiniest tire dressing, the nicest dry-t-touch leather conditioner and even the easiest to use polish can’t perform at its best when its applied with the wrong applicator or buffer or pad. The Chemical Guys worldwide family has compiled a selection of the tools, machines, buffers, carpet extractors, microfiber towels, buffing pads, backing pates and gadgets that we felt would make detailing and car care simply awesome.

The right detailing tools, gear and machines will make any job
easier, more accurate, and faster while delivering a more
accurate reproducible result combined with a better car
detailing experience overall. Select the tools you are looking
for or would like to know more about and most importantly lets
have some fun.
How To Washing Pressure Washer Simplify Vehicle Detailing Jobs
Bus washing pressure washer machines have been specifically designed to
cater to tough vehicle detailing applications, such as maintaining
buses, trucks, boats, and airplanes. Buses generally cover long routes
and thus accumulate dirt, dust, grime, and grease on a daily basis. To
keep the bus look impressive and continue functioning great, it is
important to regularly clean off dried mud and dirt stuck on the
vehicles. Car wash professionals have long bid goodbye to traditional
cleaning techniques and embraced advanced pressure wash systems to
manage such challenging applications.
Steam power cleaner machines available from leading suppliers have been specifically designed to cater to the needs of professionals involved in mobile car wash business. For instance, the bus washing pressure washer machines from leading brands come with average pressure levels, low flow rates, and high steam temperatures.
The hot steam ejected by bus washing pressure washer systems helps dissolve and soften almost all kinds of dirt build-up, grease, tree sap, bugs, and other deposits stuck on the exteriors of the bus. Pressure levels of up to and over 1500 psi make these bus washing pressure washer machines capable of blasting away these dissolved particles. The low water flow keeps water consumption to a minimum in addition to making the power cleaner machines ideal for maintaining delicate components, such as engine compartments.

Details, Details, Details
Remember
to roll the side windows down slightly so you can get at the top edges.
Sometimes glass must be polished because minerals have been deposited
and need to be physically ground off by a pro. Many detailers wax the
rear and side windows to protect them from being etched by water stains.
Don't put anything on the windshield except Rain-X, and follow the instructions to apply it, a process that's similar to how you apply wax.

Make the Glass Shine
Clean
the glass last, because it will have grime and dirt from the other
steps. And find a glass cleaner without ammonia, which most household
glass cleaners contain. Ammonia is bad for vinyl upholstery and the
instrument panel. Plus, it stinks.
You'll get the best look if you buff glass with a microfiber cloth, which does a great job of getting rid of cleaner residue. That residue, as well as oils from your skin, causes streaks and spots on the inside of windows. Clean glass also looks great. Pro tip: To reach the inside of the rear window on sedans and coupes, use the back of your hand with the microfiber cloth and you'll find you can get much farther down the glass.

Wax Every Season
Between
paint cleanings and wax applications, you'll find you've picked up
stains and scratches. Using liquid spray wax that can touch up these
spots between waxings is a good idea but not a substitute for a real wax
coating. Because there is no definitive way to tell when wax has worn
off, stick to a schedule: Give your car a wax job every season if the
vehicle spends every day outdoors.
Pennington says to forget the old tricks for telling when your car needs a wax, such as tossing a terry towel at the car and seeing if it will slide off. "Too many people take beading water to equal protection," he explains. "If you go to a paint shop, pull a car right out of the paint room, and spill water on it, it will bead like crazy, but there's not one layer of protection on it."
